Buy Germany House Balcony Garden Terrace Parking space Fitted Kitchen

This exceptional property is a pretty thatched semi-detached house with direct water access, just a few steps away from the jetties. Enclosed with a Frisian wall and privacy planting, you are undisturbed here and still have an unobstructed view of the harbour cinema. The house was built in 2008 and impresses with its beautiful room layout and the high-quality materials used in its construction. The spacious living and dining area on the ground floor with real wood fireplace and unobstructed harbour view leaves nothing to be desired. In the entrance area there is also a guest toilet, a storage room and the boiler room. From the bedrooms on the upper floor and from the balcony you have a fascinating view of the harbour scenery or the so-called Zicker Alps. The large, bright bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub is a great place to relax. In the attic there is another spacious bedroom, again with a priceless view. Only here is the heating provided by panel radiators, otherwise by underfloor heating. A central vacuum system also makes the housework manageable. This property can be used for a primary or secondary residence. It is possible to purchase either the left or the right flat.

Location and surroundings of this property

The original fishing village of Gager is located on the Mönchgut peninsula in the south-eastern tip of Rügen on the south coast of the Hagenschen Wiek and on the north coast of the Zicker See. These are two bays in the north-east of the Greifswald Bodden. The village borders directly on the mountain range of the Zicker Mountains, the highest elevation of which is the Bakenberg (66 m). The mountain, like the entire Zickersche Berge, is located in the Zicker sub-area of the Mönchgut nature reserve. This region is popular with tourists because of the multifaceted landscape and the and the fine sandy, endless beaches. The well-developed marina with a draught of 2.50 m to 4 m is well protected and, with 80 berths, offers the best conditions for both day guests and permanent berth holders.
