    Historic Forsthof Ensemble

Buy Germany House Parking space Fitted Kitchen Garden Basement Terrace

This exceptional property is a lovingly restored former forestry house with a new outbuilding in a prime location. The house presents itself with red clinker brick and thatched roof in a very well maintained condition on a spacious plot. The house with partial basement is divided into two equal residential units with separate entrances. From a generous entrance area on the ground floor one enters the guest bathroom with shower, the living room, the dining room with the terrace in front and the cooking area with the fitted kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and window. The last bedroom in the attic is reached via the gallery. Due to the fireplaces and well-staged half-timbered elements, the interior of the house radiates warmth and security. The property includes a recently renovated outbuilding with many possibilities. There are various technical rooms and the heating system. The heating system has enough capacity for the house and the outbuilding as well as other consumers, if desired. With the size of the property, the keeping of two horses or small animals is possible. The option of acquiring a neighbouring property with a timber-framed barn converted into a workshop, as well as a piece of forest, also opens up additional possibilities.

The beautiful and quietly situated property is located in Augustenhof and belongs to the municipality of Ralswiek. The property is about 10 km north of Bergen, the main town of the island south of the Great Jasmund Bodden, a lagoon of the Baltic Sea, and is surrounded by many small villages and green areas.
