The building complex from the 21st century has five floors, was completely rebuilt in 2012 while maintaining the charm and the original facade and consists of three independent flats, which are distributed as follows: The entrance hall has a floor with antique mosaics and a staircase with solid wood floor and handrail with original restored cast iron.
