The developer is the Hamburg-based company Baltic Seaside Properties, which specializes in vacation properties. The bright and modern designed apartments extend over 4 levels. You can choose between fully furnished apartments and apartments that you can design according to your preferences. The interior design has been done by the Berlin interior professionals from Head of Color.     Location and surroundings of this property

    Sellin is situated in the south-eastern part of the wooded mountain range of the Granitz between the
    Baltic Sea and the picturesque Sellin Lake. In the historic centre of the village, many elaborately renovated and restored houses bear witness to the development from a fishing village to an attractive seaside resort. Especially Wilhelmstraße and Warmbadstraße offer an architecturally attractive ensemble of spa architecture. Associated with this is a multitude of shops, cafés and restaurants, hotels and guesthouses that invite you to stroll, shop and linger. An architectural highlight is the magnificent pier, which was reopened in 1998 on the historical model of the previous buildings from 1906 and 1925. Along with Cape Arkona and the Königsstuhl, the Sellin pier is the best-known landmark on the island of Rügen. But the almost 400-metre-long “catwalk” not only has a lot to offer visually and is one of the most popular destinations on the island of Rügen. The fine sandy, wide Baltic Sea beach in front of Sellin, which is divided into a north and a south beach on the left and right of the pier, ensures unadulterated bathing fun. Sellin and its surroundings offer a variety of sights. For example, you can marvel at the treasures of the Amber Museum and the Rasender Roland, which stops in Sellin. The landscape of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve ensures active recreation in the Sellin hill country. Here you will find many excursion destinations for hiking and cycling. Sellin is a perfect starting point for excursions to the Baltic seaside resort of Binz, to the tree top walk in Prora, to the Mönchgut peninsula and to the residential town of Putbus. Granitzer Strasse is a cross street at the foot of Wilhelmstrasse, which is the central boulevard of Sellin leading to the beach and the pier. Villa Baltique has a central location from which Wilhelmstrasse can be reached in about 300 metres. The area of Granitzer Strasse 19 is characterised by the historical villa buildings opposite with Villa Wiking Hall, Burg Rotraut as well as Villa Frohsinn. Although the location is very central, it is a quiet location, somewhat outside the bustle of the seaside resort in summer. An Edeka shopping centre and a medical centre are within easy walking distance.

    Commission details

    The brokerage contract with us and/or our agent comes into effect through the confirmation of the use of our brokerage services in text form, such as in particular the signature of the search client contract and/or the property exposé. The amount of the brokerage fee is based on the statutory regulations on the division of the brokerage fee which came into force on 23 December 2020. According to this, the brokerage fee is regularly earned and due for both parties (owner and buyer) in the amount of 3% plus VAT in the respective applicable amount, i.e. currently a total of 3.57% of the purchase price including VAT upon conclusion of the notarial contract.
