Charming residence with guest house and pool on the west coast of Portugal

This fantastic villa is situated on a spacious plot of approx. 2,200m² with a well-kept garden and a swimming pool. Two covered terraces and a beautiful barbecue area adjoin the house and extend it to the outside. A guest house attached to the villa is additionally available with all comforts. Facades, doors and windows as well as some interior spaces have undergone extensive thermal and sound insulation. This unique architecture is inspired by Portuguese classical elements. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor area and dining room, from here you also enter the large living room with fireplace and bar. The areas around the living room provide access to two suites with dressing rooms, an office that can be converted into a bedroom, a bathroom and a glazed terrace overlooking the large heated swimming pool, which also has a small bar. The large wrought iron staircase leads to the upper floor and we enter a large open space overlooking the lower floor and an area for the office with two different rooms and access to a light-filled veranda. On this floor there are two more bedrooms and a practical bathroom with shower. The own well, an automatic irrigation system, air conditioning in every room and a solar water heating system are further features. The outside area consists partly of Portuguese paving stones next to the beautiful garden.
